Panamanian citizens are NOT required to obtain a visa to Vietnam for a short-stay visit of 90 days. The passports need to meet the following requirements:
- The passport must be valid for at least 6 months beyond the arrival date.
- The passport with 2 blank pages.

How to apply for Vietnam Visa in Panama?
Panamanian passport holders or tourists in Panama can apply for a visa to Vietnam using one of the three methods below.
Steps to apply for Vietnam e-Visa:
- Fill in an online visa application form;
- Pay the cost and wait for 4-6 working days;
- Download and print the Vietnam e-Visa.

Steps to apply for Vietnam visa on arrival:
- Fill in online visa application form;
- Pay the cost and wait for 4-6 working days;
- Download and print the approval letter and get visa stamp upon arrival at Vietnam airport.
Required documents include (bring):
- 01 portrait photo taken in the last 6 months (4*6 size, colored photo, white background, straight looking without glasses). Sample: click view
- Passport (at least 6 months validity with 2 blank pages);
- A printed copy of enclosed Letter of Approval;
- An entry/exit form (download here) filled with your information;
- Stamping fee in cash;
Note: You are required to show passport and visa approval letter when checking in for a flight to Vietnam.
