Apply Vietnam visa for child ?

Dear sir / madam,

I’m Monique van Elteren, dutch, 24 years old and living in Dalat.
Although I’m teaching english, I’m still living here on a tourist visum.
By now I am 5 months pragnant and I have some questions for you.

1. If the baby is born and the father (vietnamese) will not recognize it as his own child, how is the visa arranged for my child?
2. Where and how do I declare my child after giving birth?

I hope you can give me some more information.
